Rec Classes

PRE-TUMBLING

This bridge program prepares athletes ages 3-5 for level 1 tumbling. This class will introduce age- and level-appropriate skills such as somersaults, handstands, and cartwheels. This class is great for social development and body coordination!

TUMBLING LEVEL 1

Level 1 will focus on hand placement for forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, bridge, back bend, kick-over, strength, flexibility, drills, and conditioning.

TUMBLING LEVEL 2

In level 2, Athletes will learn to master front and back walkovers and start working on front and back handsprings.

TUMBLING LEVEL 3

Level 3 will focus on round-off back handspring layouts, full twisting layouts, standing tucks, toe touch tucks, front tumbling skills, and complex tumbling passes. Strength and flexibility drills are strongly promoted in level 3.

TUMBLING LEVEL 4

Level 4 will focus on round off layouts, round off back handspring layouts, standing back tucks, to round off fulls. Strength and flexibility drills are strongly promoted in level 4.

SENIOR TUMBLING

Athletes will focus on individualized tumbling based on skill. Athletes will receive positive coaching emphasizing progression and proper technique for each skill.

CHEERNASTICS

This is an entry-level program designed for athletes ages 3-6! This class is a combination of cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics! Learn arm motions, jumps, stunting, and tumbling, and develop strength and coordination on the beam and bars! (sized just for you)

NINJA

This program is perfect for boys and girls interested in tumbling with a twist. This class is inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and free-style movement! Climb the vertical wall and master the slack line!

LITTLE DIPPERS

Learn spacial awareness & participate on the beam, uneven bars, and vault and enjoy learning basic tumbling!

STARS

Learn the basics of gymnastics on each apparatus with a focus on mounting on a beam, pull overs on bars, basic vaulting and tumbling!

DIAMONDS

Learn intermediate gymnastics skills on each apparatus. Athletes should have already mastered cartwheels and handstands. Focus on round-offs, walkovers, hip circles on the bars, and basic tumbling on the beam.

GEMINI

Learn advanced skills in each event including beam tumbling & high bar skills while improving strength and flexibility.

DAYTIME PLAYTIME

We are excited to offer DAYTIME PLAYTIME for children who are crawling-kindergarten! Class will be offered every Wednesday from 10-11 AM and is only$5.00. No registration required!
